The company behind the app has been making headlines since it released the namesake app in 2011. First for its catchy twist on picture sharing. Then for turning down a big buyout from Facebook. And most recently for a major security flaw that exposed more than 4 million usernames and phone numbers.
Now, the question is are the private pics we share at risk of going public?
